Information Session on March 18 at 12 Noon (Date changed)

Just a reminder there will be an information session at 12 noon Wednesday, March 18, in White Auditorium, for those of you with questions about how the Deans’ assessment will be administered this spring.

Jason Degn and Beverly Hill will provide information and address questions regarding the software to be used and the role of HR in the process.

The library will also be recording the session should you not be able to attend and want to do so later.

Lottery Drawing for Summer/Fall 2015 BETA Test Registration

Learner Services will be holding a lottery to select 15 employees to register for Summer and/or Fall classes during the Summer/Fall BETA Test Registration Period.

This is to test the system and make sure it is working properly. Participants will actually be registering for Summer or Fall classes, with the advantage of being first in line. The lottery is open to all employees (full and part-time), including work study students, throughout the College Community. The test period will be Thursday, March 26, from 9:00-10:00 a.m.

The employee must be a continuing student, or a current admissions application must be entered for the employee to participate. If the employee has a hold on their account, they need to have it taken care of before they submit their name to participate in the BETA Test Registration Lottery. The employees selected during the drawing will be notified by email on Wednesday, March 18.

If you would like to participate in the drawing, or have questions regarding the Spring BETA Test Registration Period, email your name and Student ID number to Amanda Woods-Hyatt (awoods@nwacc.edu) by 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 17.
